FOUND: Shaggy girl-dog

On Tuesday morning a good neighbor found an adorable, shaggy, medium-sized female dog (Tibetan Terrier?) with a twisted red collar, no ID, no micro-chip (we checked), and no human companion wandering around Saturn and Sierra Bonita (south of Pico and just east of Curson). She's very sweet, but covered in mats which can't be too comfortable for her.
