Nyala isn't on the menu at Nyala Restaurant, and that's O.K.

A "nyala" is a small gazelle-like animal and it's also a critically acclaimed Ethiopian restaurant that's been around since 1988. If you're only into eating nyala, then NYALA isn't the restaurant for you. However, if you have other carnivorous tendencies, vegetarians and pescatarians are welcome too, then satisfaction you will find.
My party of four devoured the #14 meat combination entree with a couple vegetarian samplers. We scooped up tangy lentils and tender stewed lamb with the spongy "injera" bread, which must have been some inspiration for J.R.R. Tolkien's "lembas" bread. Lord of the Rings fans will know what I'm talking about.
