These are hard times, but you DO NOT have to face them alone. The Southern California Counseling Center, in partnership with Jewish Vocational Services, offers a group for people impacted by the current economic crisis. The time-limited, low-cost group will provide:

A safe place to discuss the challenges you are facing. Peer support and experienced group leaders. Techniques to cope with stress and reduce anxiety. Help to reconnect with your strengths and regain the confidence you need to move forward.
